About
Walk of Life Physical Therapy was founded by Ramona Severson in 2008. Ramona received her physical therapy degree from the Mayo Clinic, and practiced in Alaska, Boston, Tokyo and Seattle before bringing her practice to Anacortes in the mid-1990s.
While in private practice in Seattle, Ramona specialized in gait and movement studies, utilizing videography and fabricating custom orthotics to treat foot, knee, hip, back and pelvic pain. She named her Anacortes clinic “Walk of Life” to capture the holistic connection between gait and balance, rehabilitation and quality of life.
The Mayo Clinic famously promotes a comprehensive approach to healthcare, and Walk of Life PT does the same. Doctors from around the region confidently refer their patients to Ramona for back and neck pain, sports and orthopedics injuries, work and auto-related injuries, balance and neurological rehab, lymphedema care and other physical therapy needs.
